I’m Siobhan! I mostly recently worked with USAID’s Development Innovation Ventures, managing and conducting due diligence on grants in agriculture, climate, education, and health.
I previously worked at Vox in San Francisco and IDinsight, a data analytics and advisory organization based in India and Zambia. At IDinsight, I conducted social sector research and was one of the first members of the communications team. I attended Harvard University and the University of Chicago’s Harris School of Public Policy, where I interned at the Brookings Institution and the International Growth Centre.
I also have a Substack and a blog about working in the social sector/international development, and life and travel in India, Morocco, Zambia, and the United States.
My interests include cooking, biking, reading, and public transit.
